What it covers
The build itself. Planning permission, big level changes and bespoke design are priced once we’ve seen the space.
Then a fixed price
After a free consultation and the design, your price is fixed. It never goes up without your signature.

How accurate is the range?
It’s built from the jobs we actually build, at the size you give and with what you pick, from the simplest finish to the dearest, including the work under the surface: digging out, the sub-base, and getting materials in and waste out. What it can’t see is your ground. That’s why you get a range first, and a fixed price once we’ve seen the space.
Is it a quote?
No. It’s a guide to help you plan a budget. Your fixed price comes after the consultation and the design, and it never goes up without your signature.
Why do you ask for my details?
So we can send you your estimate, and so Chris can get in touch to talk it through and answer any questions. Marketing emails are separate, and only if you tick the box for them.
What happens after I get my range?
You see your range straight away. Chris will usually be in touch to talk it through. If it looks right, the next step is a free design consultation, where we look at the space with you.
Is it really free?
Yes. The estimate is free, and so is the design consultation. There’s no obligation to go ahead.
Do you cover my area?
We work within about 20 miles of Dunstable, including Luton, Leighton Buzzard, St Albans, Hemel Hempstead, Aylesbury and Milton Keynes, and the towns and villages in between.
