The Problem:
While visually drawn to a sleek, modern aesthetic, this family’s core requirement was heavy-duty functionality. They frequently host large family gatherings and summer parties, and their existing space simply couldn't handle the heavy foot traffic. They needed a garden specifically engineered for high-capacity entertaining, requiring a design that was highly durable, easily accessible, and zoned perfectly for hosting—all while maintaining the look of a luxury showroom.
The Precision Build
The Solution:
Because spatial flow is critical for a hosting space, we used our 3D design process to digitally zone the garden before breaking ground. We modelled a vast, heavy-duty porcelain terrace designed to easily handle heavy party traffic and outdoor furniture. We integrated stepping stones and raised planters to soften the hardscaping, and digitally positioned a large, structural pergola to provide a dedicated, shaded dining and hosting area for summer events.
