The Problem:
Steve’s garden had become an unusable dumping ground. The space was full of old household junk and debris, sitting on top of an incredibly dated, failing "crazy paving" surface. While the site itself was thankfully flat, the sheer amount of clutter and the degrading stone meant the garden was completely dead space during the summer months.
The Precision Build
The Solution:
We started with a total site clearance, removing all the debris and ripping up the dated crazy paving to get back to a clean structural slate. With the ground cleared, our team spent two weeks executing a precision-laid Grey Indian Sandstone patio. By utilizing sharp, minimalist lines and perfect drainage falls, we completely modernized the footprint. We finished the rear of the garden with a neat, highly usable patch of fresh turf, delivering exactly what the client asked for: a clean, flawless, low-maintenance summer space.
