The Brief & Obstacles
The Problem:
This project began with a highly degrading, high-maintenance timber deck that had become an eyesore and a potential slip hazard. The clients wanted to completely gut the existing hardscaping and introduce a formal, "Old English" garden aesthetic that matched the heritage of their property. Their primary worry was achieving that classic, lush estate feel with dedicated planting zones, without the garden eventually looking messy, overgrown, or unstructured.

The Solution:
To provide complete vision certainty before they committed to the build, we engineered a highly detailed 3D digital twin of the proposed space. The AI-generated concept replaces the failing decking with a solid engineered base and traditional paving. We introduced raised flower beds along the borders, framed by a new perimeter fence and structured box hedging. This visual masterplan proved exactly how we could deliver a pristine, classic aesthetic with perfect symmetry.

"Redesigned the whole garden"
"Chris showed us 3D concepts so we could see how it would look before work started. The new layout makes the garden feel much bigger and it's easier to maintain. We now spend much more time outside."

"It's like having an extra room"
"Chris helped us plan the design and mocked up visuals to help us picture it. It's completely transformed our garden - it feels like we've added an extra room to the house."
