A professional couple moving into a new home inherited a severely run-down, dated, and completely uninspiring garden. While they were heavily investing in a sleek, contemporary interior renovation for the house, the outside space was dragging the property value down. They wanted to completely gut the garden and start fresh with an ultra-modern, minimalist design that felt like a seamless, high-end extension of their new living room.
The Precision Build
The Solution:
We utilised our 3D design software to completely reimagine the footprint, giving the clients a risk-free look at the property's potential. The masterplan centres around a flawless, precision-laid porcelain patio that leads out into a pathway of sleek stepping stones. To create height, architectural interest, and privacy, we integrated modern Venetian slatted fencing, raised rendered planters, and a striking pergola to perfectly frame the new outdoor entertaining space.
