Is the consultation really free?
Yes. There’s no charge for it, and no obligation to go ahead.
How long does it take?
About an hour, at your home. We walk the space with you, listen to how you want to use it, measure up and take photos.
Who should be there?
Ideally everyone who’ll make the decision, so nobody has to hear it second-hand.
Will you give me a price on the day?
No, because we never guess. We work the price out properly and go through it with you on the design call, and your written proposal follows the same day.
What should I have ready?
A few photos of the space, a rough idea of how you’d like to use it, and a budget in mind if you have one. A rough budget helps us suggest the right options.
Do I have to go ahead?
No. You decide if and when, and you can take as long as you need.
