// THE PROCESS
Four steps, every project.
Every garden is different, so the only honest number is one priced to yours. The estimator gets you a realistic range in about a minute — the fixed proposal comes after we’ve seen the site together.
What you invest is driven primarily by scope—how much of the existing terrain changes and the density of the hard landscaping built into it. A renovation focused heavily on fresh lawns and soft planting sits at the lower end of the spectrum; a project featuring multi-level porcelain patios, masonry retaining walls, extensive fencing, and integrated electrics sits at the other. As with everything we construct, larger spaces allow for greater operational efficiency, meaning the overall cost per square unit scales down as the size and scope scale up
// YOUR INVESTMENT
All garden renovations are different.

// WHAT CLIENTS SAY
"MT Developments redesigned our whole back garden and it's made a huge difference. Chris listened to what we wanted and showed us 3D drawings before the work started. The new layout feels much bigger, and we now spend so much more time outside. 100% recommend."

// WHAT CLIENTS SAY
"They are polite, considerate and very easy to work with, and the quality of their work was great. They turned a very sad, ugly area into something beautiful. I'll be wanting to spend all day sitting out there, or just staring at it from indoors. Highly recommend."

// WHAT CLIENTS SAY
"Chris helped us plan the design from the start. He listened, showed us different layouts and materials, and mocked up visuals so we could picture it. The team were on time, tidy and attentive, and our new porcelain patio feels like we've added an extra room to the house."

// WHAT CLIENTS SAY
"A competitive price, and probably the best communication of any trades company I've dealt with, before and after. The team were super nice, worked really fast and cleaned up. They were making good some previous cowboy work, and it really showed. Couldn't be happier."
