Every garden is different, so the only honest number is one priced to yours. The estimator gets you a realistic range in about a minute — the fixed proposal comes after we’ve seen the site together.
Smaller patios typically cost slightly more per square metre, not less. It comes down to crew efficiency and momentum. On a larger project, our team gets into a fluid, uninterrupted rhythm across excavation, sub-base preparation, and laying. On smaller footprints, we face the same transition times, setup overhead, and job-to-job logistics, but without the runway to hit that peak efficiency. Simply put: the larger the patio, the smoother the workflow—which naturally brings the price per metre down as the size goes up.
